Returns & Exchanges

At DSG PROSHOP, we are committed to your satisfaction and offer a 30-day window for returns or exchanges on all standard items. To be eligible, products must be in their original condition, unused, and include all original packaging.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Log into your account or use our guest portal to select the items you wish to return and provide a reason for the request.

  Prepare the Package

  Securely pack the items in their original packaging and include a copy of your packing slip or the return authorization form.

• 3.
  Ship the Items

  Affix the prepaid shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized courier location or schedule a pickup.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects the returned goods, we will process your refund or exchange within 5-7 business days to your original payment method.
